Mary West is an Oregon real estate professional with more than 23 years of experience helping buyers and sellers throughout the Portland Metro area and along the Oregon Coast. Licensed since 2003, she has worked with first-time buyers, sellers, investors, rental properties, rehabbed homes, new construction, and complex transactions.
Mary is an experienced and strategic marketer who understands that successfully selling a home takes more than putting a sign in the yard. From pricing and presentation to professional photography and targeted marketing, she uses her experience and knowledge of the market to position each property to stand out and reach the right buyers.
Mary believes buying or selling a home should feel informed and manageable—not overwhelming. Her approach is straightforward, honest, and personal. She takes the time to listen, explain the process clearly, anticipate challenges, and guide her clients through each step so they can make confident decisions.
Growing up in a military family meant moving often and meeting people from all walks of life. That experience taught Mary how to connect with different personalities and understand that every client and situation is unique. She has called Oregon home since 2001 and brings a deep understanding of the communities and market she serves.
Mary works alongside her husband, Steven West, also a licensed REALTOR®. Together, they provide clients with the experience, availability, and personal attention of a team while serving communities throughout the Portland Metro area and Oregon Coast.
Outside of real estate, Mary enjoys boating, traveling, exploring the Pacific Northwest, finding great food, and spending time with family.
